“Fast Help was very responsive to our needs and concerns about getting the basement cleaned. They showed up the following day and installed fans and a dehumidifier to get the remaining water dried up. Fast Help came in and had the basement cleaned in an afternoon. Our Water Damage Cleanup and Restoration Process
The minute that Fast Help arrives, we begin to conduct a through and comprehensive inspection of any
needs that your property may have. We’ll bring out our moisture detection equipment to find moisture ridden walls, ceilings and flooring in your property. Once we are able to assess the amount of damage, our second goal is to dry your home or business…. FAST. Fast Help’s first step in water removal is to secure all the personal belongings and keep them from becoming soaked and moldy. If you were in a residential structure, we will make sure to remove any clothing that may be located near the water damage. We will then remove any furniture that has been exposed to the water damage. Once any materials that could not be salvaged have been removed any standing water, we will begin to deploy any and all extraction and dehumidification equipment in the flood damage affected areas. The use of this equipment ensures that any remaining moisture from the building materials and the air is properly dried out. This process can take anywhere from less than 24 hours to more than several days depending on the extent of the water damage repair. Fast Help is a water damage company servicing all residential and commercial water damage customers.

It’s also dangerous due to the many ways it transmits diseases and because it is sometimes hard to predict. Flood waters can be equally or even more toxic than sewage. What is Sewage? It is mainly gray or black water. It usually contains the organic waste and wastewater produced by household and industrial sources. Sewage typically contains everything from soap to solid waste, human excrement, industrial wastewater, and debris. It is discharged by drains and sewer lines. Learn more about Town and Country MO
Originally, it was primarily made up of large residential lots. The community first incorporated in 1950 as a village. The incorporation and establishment of a combination Public Safety Department providing three firefighters and one police officer on duty was to provide lower fire insurance rates for residents. The Village changed to city status in 1974 in an effort to increase property taxes. The maximum “Village” tax rate could no longer sustain the modest city government. In 1983 annexation of a large area to the west more than doubled the size of the city. This caused the city to maintain a police department and contract fire and EMS service to a neighboring fire district.
The original country charm of larger lots with white fences and grazing horses is hard to find, however there are a few exceptions. There are several large tracts of land that remain undeveloped. The area offers a quiet, restful, green residential landscape, in contrast to the more intensely developed areas typical of St. Louis County. There are relatively few commercial development areas. The predominant commercial locations tend to be at the periphery of the city boundaries along the regional arterials, and/or at the intersections of the major roads.
Town and Country is home to attractions such as Longview Farm Park.
