The Assessment

We create a detailed plan of action and explain it to you in plain English, not insurance jargon.

Mitigation & Extraction
This is the emergency phase. We extract standing water immediately using specialized pumps. We remove damaged materials like soaked carpet pad, wet drywall, or ruined insulation to stop the spread of mold.
Our goal is to “stop the bleeding” and stabilize your home environment.

Structural Drying
We set up industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to pull the remaining moisture out of the structural elements of your home (studs, joists, subfloors).
We visit daily to monitor progress, adjusting equipment as needed until your home reaches its dry standard.

Back to New
Once your home is dry (Step 3), the rebuilding begins. This is where we put your home back together—drywall, paint, flooring, and cabinets.

We understand that renovation is personal. Every homeowner has their own style, and sometimes you have a trusted contractor you’ve used for years. That is completely fine with us.
We can take your project through Step 3 (Drying), leaving you with a clean, dry “blank slate” to rebuild however you like. Or, if you need recommendations, as a local company, we have a list of fabulous local contractors (painters, carpenters, flooring pros) that we trust and can recommend.
